Practice Makes Perfect

Lately, I’ve been practicing piano scales while wearing a sheet mask for just 15 minutes a day.

At first, it was simply a way to make practice time feel more relaxing. But after staying consistent for a few weeks, I noticed something unexpected — my piano practice felt smoother, and my skin started looking healthier, calmer, and more hydrated too.

Practice makes perfect, even in skincare.

We often expect instant results, but real improvement usually comes from small habits repeated daily. Just like learning scales on the piano, skincare is about consistency, patience, and showing up for yourself little by little.

Those 15 minutes became my favorite quiet ritual after a long day.
No phone scrolling. No rushing.

Just:

  • piano scales,
  • a sheet mask,
  • and a soft moment to slow down.

Sometimes the best glow doesn’t come overnight.
It comes from consistency.
