Do you believe there is energy between people?
I have always been a logical person, during 15 years of logistic company. (Yo rhyme~)
I like reasons and explanations. But recently,
I have started to wonder if there is something more.
Maybe not magic. Just a feeling.
A kind of energy.
When I prepare AURA packages, I don't simply pack products. I always try to add a little extra care. Sometimes a small gift, always one of Soju's handwritten character drawings.
(I like funny and silly hehe)
I like to think a bit of happy energy goes into every package.
Yesterday, I received a long message from one of our VIP customers, a doctor from Poznań.
She told me she was more satisfied with the package than the cosmetics themselves.
The reason?
A small Korean snack I included as a gift. Haha
It was such a simple thing, but her message made my day.
Another recent story involves a customer who regularly visits AURA to buy cosmetics for his wife. He is a old gentleman around 70s.
For his wife's birthday, I prepared a special package and included a handmade piece of jewelry made by Karolina from our Wrocław store.
He was genuinely happy.
And somehow, his happiness stayed with me for the rest of the day.
Maybe this is the energy I am talking about.
Someone gives with care.
Someone receives it with joy.
And both people end up happier.
I am still not sure if I believe in energy between humans.
But thanks to AURA customers, I am starting to believe there is something.
