After what felt like forever, we finally got approved to sell on TikTok Shop in Poland!
Honestly, the registration process wasn't easy.
There were many business documents to prepare, information to verify, and moments when we wondered if we'd ever get approved. But after all the waiting and a few headaches, Aura3AM officially became a TikTok Shop seller!
In our minds, we imagined people discovering our cosmetics through TikTok LIVE, placing orders, and becoming part of the Aura3AM family. hehe
Well... reality had other plans.
So far, we've sold exactly three cosmetics. Three.
At first, it was a little discouraging.
We spent time preparing the LIVE sessions, talking about our products, answering questions, and hoping more viewers would join.
But most of the time, there were only a handful of people watching.... only watching..
Then I realized something important.
I'm not actually good at selling.
I've always loved creating products and talking about skincare, but selling live in front of a camera is a completely different skill. It's not as simple as pressing the "Go Live" button and waiting for orders to appear.
Another challenge is that Aura3AM is still a very small account. We currently have around 1,000 followers, which means not many people even know we exist yet.
Building trust takes time.
Building an audience takes time.
Learning how to sell takes time.
I think social media sometimes makes success look instant. We see viral videos and huge sales numbers, but we rarely see the months (or years) of practice behind them.
Instead of feeling disappointed, we're choosing to treat this first month as a learning experience.
Every LIVE helps us become a little more comfortable.
Every viewer teaches us something.
And yes, every sale—even if there have only been three so far—is still someone choosing Aura3AM. For that, we're incredibly grateful.
We'll keep experimenting with different LIVE formats, improve our presentation, and continue sharing our products with honesty.
Maybe next month we'll sell five products..... hehe
The important thing is that we're not giving up.
