Every Aura3am package is packed by me.
Printing labels, Wrapping products, QC checking (with Soju hehe)...
Aura3am is still small, so there is no packaging team or beautiful warehouse system behind it.
And most of you know that… Aura packaging can look a little clumsy sometimes. (Let's be honest!)
But there is a reason for that. (I am making excuse!)
Cosmetics already create too much plastic waste.
So Aura uses eco-friendly packaging by reusing plastic materials, that already arrive from Korea cosmetic companies.
Every month, Aura receives multiple inbound shipments from Korea.
Inside those boxes are already plenty of bubble wrap and protective packaging.
Instead of buying new plastic materials, I carefully reuse them to protect your order.
(I don't have much money to buy....)
Maybe it looks less pretty — but it feels more responsible to me.
Another thing I think about carefully is samples.
When someone places a larger order, I always wonder:
“Who is this customer?”
“What small surprise would make them smile?”
Because I like surprising people hehe. Like my soju.
So samples are always random. They are chosen with care.
Aura packaging may not be perfectly polished.
But every box is packed personally, carefully, and with a small eco-friendly heart.
