Packaging can look convincing. Reviews and QR codes too. However, none of these things on their own tell you what is inside a cosmetic product or how it reached your hands.
That is why at Aura3AM, the entire journey of a product matters to us.
We import and store products ourselves. We do not use dropshipping. For the products we introduce to Europe, we handle customs clearance and pay the due customs duties and import taxes. We pack your order from our warehouse in Wrocław.
We know the people behind the brands. We work directly with Korean brands, and where appropriate, with verified partners. Before we choose a product, we look at its ingredients, the manufacturer, and the brand itself.
We take safety in the EU market seriously. We work with a Polish cosmetic safety assessment specialist on the documentation and reports required for selected products introduced to the European Union market.
We don't try to have every viral cosmetic product. We curate a collection of Korean products whose ingredients truly interest us and whose origin we can trace.
