Potato vs. Rice (I miss korean food)

Potato vs. Rice (I miss korean food)

As a Korean, rice has always been part of my daily life.
In Korea, rice is more than just food — it feels natural, familiar, and comforting.

But after living in Poland, I started eating potatoes much more often.
At first, it felt unfamiliar to me.
Now, it has become part of my routine too.

Interestingly, potatoes are not only good ingredients for food.
They are also full of nutrients that can be beneficial for the skin.

Potatoes contain vitamins, antioxidants, and moisturizing properties that help soothe and refresh tired skin.
That is one of the reasons why I became interested in potato-based skincare.

Among many Korean beauty brands, I especially like 1chopick products using potato ingredients.
It felt both interesting and somehow personal to me — combining a familiar Korean skincare philosophy with an ingredient that reminds me of life in Poland.

Sometimes, living abroad changes small things unexpectedly.
Even something as simple as potatoes.
