With well-known, global brands, it’s almost impossible to establish direct contact with decision-makers such as the CEO or product developers. At the same time, these brands rely heavily on established marketing systems, leaving little room for deeper, independent exploration.
In contrast, niche brands offer a completely different experience. We have the opportunity to communicate directly with the people behind the brand, conduct interviews, and gain insight into their philosophy and production process. This allows us to go beyond surface-level marketing — we can test products ourselves, carefully analyze ingredient lists, review MSDS documentation, and even learn about the manufacturing facilities.
In a market like South Korea, where there are over 20,000 cosmetic brands, our role is to identify true hidden gems. We focus on discovering high-quality, lesser-known brands and introducing them to the Polish market at a fair and reliable price.
