These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aura3AM online store (www.aura3am.eu) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in PLN and include applicable VAT. We accept payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We ship within Poland and selected EU countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We use InPost and other carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.

8. Changes to Terms
