How to Use
Remove the central film from the adhesive sheet, attach the insert to it, and firmly apply it to the sole of the foot. Leave on for 7–8 hours, preferably overnight, then remove and wash the application area with water.
After use, the patch may darken due to contact with sweat, moisture, and its ingredients.
